

Our Founder
McKenzie Penton has been actively engaged in membership and event development in the non-profit field. He focuses on industries as diverse as investment, immigration, infrastructure, ecological restoration, and outdoor recreation.
Most recently, he became the Vice-President of Events and Business Development for Global Association Partners, a boutique association and event management company based in Washington, DC.
He founded Penton Global Consulting to provide event, membership, and business development assistance to organizations in his home state of Maine and across the country.
He earned a B.A. in International from the Elliot School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. He also completed specialized education in conflict resolution with a focus on peacebuilding and post-genocide restoration from his studies in Rwanda.
After nearly eight years in the Beltway, McKenzie moved to Portland, Maine where he enjoys exploring the local food scene as well as the outdoors.
